What are my options for making a payment on my delinquent or past due account?

Should you decide that mailing in your past due balance is the best option for you, please let me know right away so I can extend your payment date to allow plenty of mail time for your transaction.

To update your credit card online simply log in at https://ebenpaganmembers.com/ and click on "My Account then click on "Account Info"...  You will see a button that says " Click Here to Update Your Payment Info"... Click on the button to securely update your credit card details.

You can also leave a voice mail or send a fax with your updated billing information to  1-800-992-0398 (00 1 310-593-0799 if you reside outside of the United States)

Each of these methods is completely secure and safe for leaving credit card details.
