If my payment was cancelled, why is it still showing up as a charge on my account?

Sometimes a bank will choose to hold the funds temporarily to make sure the payment is not going to settle. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over that, so you may want to check with your bank to be sure they know we've canceled the payment. If your bank asks for a confirmation that the payment was stopped, please send us their fax number and we'll get them the information they need.
