Account past due? Looking for alternate ways to pay? If you answered yes read the information below on how to pay your outstanding balance.
First, if you aren’t sure why this happened, you might want to call your bank to make sure everything is OK with your account and then get back with us so we can retry the payment.
Here are a couple of options for taking care of that declined payment:
1) To update or add a new credit card log into the membership site, login at ebenpaganmembers.com and click on "my account" located on the top right-hand side. Once you have updated your details simply reply back to this email letting us know and we will make sure your access is re-activated once the account is up-to-date.
2) If you would like assistance from a member of our team to update your credit card, you can reach us immediately via our live chat. Our chat box is located at the bottom of any of our website pages.
3) You can mail a check or money order (US funds only) made payable to:

If mailing in your past due balance is the best option for you, please let me know right away so I can extend your payment date and get you immediate access to your program.
4) If PayPal is a better option for you, you can send a payment to: PayPal.me/GoMetaMedia If you choose this option, once you have sent payment, please email your Paypal Transaction ID to email@example.com so we can apply your payment and restore your access to your programs.
All four of these methods are completely secure and safe for leaving credit card details. Please do not send updated credit card information via email as it is not secure.
