What is the Coaching Gym?

Coaching Gym is part of Virtual Coach, this is brand new and was recently added. The Coaching Gyms are laser coaching sessions. The first part of the live class will be instruction and the second part you will be paired up in Zoom Breakout rooms to practice coaching.
